Zucchini Prosciutto Tart

Cooking a la Dina, Savory tarts By August 18, 2017 No Comments
It’s zucchini season! Of course, we can buy them all year long, but the zucchini season starts in May and lasts until October, at least on the north side of the hemisphere.
The zucchini lovers will enjoy this recipe. It’s super easy to make, but to fully succeed, it’s very important to let the zucchinis rest long enough to release their water. Otherwise, the dough will be soaked and you’ll have a soggy tart.

Gaggan by Anand Gaggan

$$$$, Price Range, Travel By May 30, 2017 2 Comments
Oh-my-word! This restaurant is mind-blowing! I was not expecting this level of creativity and inventiveness, not only in terms of presentation and conceptualization of the dishes but also in their eye-popping tastes and flavors. It’s one WOW after another. It’s worth it (or almost) to get on a plane to Bangkok for just a night, brave the jet lag, just to try Gaggan!

Miss Paradis In New York City

Philippe Starck is for me the most surprising and inspiring architect and designer of all time. I have seen many of his works in many different cities, and his restaurants always have a vibrant and elegant atmosphere. Some are more eccentric, like Miss Kō on George V in Paris, some are more elegant, like Bon on rue de la Pompe in Paris as well, and some others are more fun like the Mama Shelter in Bordeaux.
