I didn’t plan it this way, but finishing my stay in Paris with the restaurant Le Chateaubriand was perfect: a blend of French bistro style and gastronomy food. I didn’t read many reviews about the restaurant, but after looking at the pictures on Google I thought, if this casual bistro has a Michelin star, then the dishes must be as good as they are beautiful.
Fulgurances is a springboard for ambitious and talented sous-chefs attempting to cut their teeth on shrewd patrons ready to play the game before hopefully one day opening their own restaurant.
Don’t be misled by the laidback look of the young staff and the very casual ambiance, this is truly a one star Michelin restaurant. Septime is part of the new trend that offers gastronomic meals in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
19 Euros for a 3-course meal is really not much, but for an excellent 3-course meal with a pleasant atmosphere and a beautiful presentation, it’s an amazing bargain!
