19 Euros for a 3-course meal is really not much, but for an excellent 3-course meal with a pleasant atmosphere and a beautiful presentation, it’s an amazing bargain!
Lunch at Bacco in the 15th arrondissement was an enjoyable experience. Well, the day didn’t start so well!
A perfect place for Shabu-shabu and sushi! You can choose an all-you-can-eat for ¥ 8000 ($65 or 60€) or an a-la-carte menu. Hassan is a 2-min walk from Roppongi station (Exit 1a or 3) and is located beneath a bookstore. My friend Kana found this restaurant and took me during my last trip to Japan.
On the first page of their website, it says: “Anyone can cook a hamburger, leave the vegetables to the professionals.” I have to agree with that. To make vegetable-based dishes spectacular and delicious, you must be a very talented and creative chef.
I was planning on posting on Monday about this great restaurant, but my heart was too sad after Friday’s terrorist attacks. We were all in shock after what happened in several Parisians’ neighborhoods. We are all safe, but it’s unfortunately not the case for other families. My thoughts are with them.

Cosme, in the Flatiron District, is the place where you eat the most sophisticated and creative Mexican food.
Chef Enrique Olvera creates dishes based on traditional Mexican food while using local ingredients and incorporating them in his recipes. The result is very refined and tasty. The presentation of each meal is beautiful and makes you want to dig right in.
