You might have been many times to a pizza restaurant and loved their pizza. But how many times did you come face to face with a pizza that says I love you?
At Il Quadrifoglio the pizza is heart-shaped and says “I love you” every time. Yep!
This is not the only reason I liked the restaurant. The décor is very elegant and modern. No cheap kitsch décor supposedly representing Italy. The restaurant is located at the corner of Rue Mornay and Boulevard Bourdon in the 4th arrondissement. It has big windows, which make the restaurant very bright during the day. The service is very friendly and professional.
Il Quadrifoglio was opened a year ago by the owner, Elio. But Elio is not a novice in this field, he is the owner of a restaurant at Cours de Vincennes in Paris for more than 25 years.
Elio is very proud to say that his pizzas are completely organic, from the yeast to the tomatoes and all the products he uses. He doesn’t serve only pizzas; he offers many choices of pasta and salads on the menu, including gluten-free pasta and, if you call 24 hours in advance, he can prepare a gluten-free pizza. He claims that you would not taste the difference between his gluten and non-gluten pizzas!
Elio is full of imagination and very proud of his heritage. He organizes contests amongst cities from Italy to show the different pizzas made in Italy. The contests take place during dinners on Sundays. Two cities are confronted each time and the clients are the judges.
Il Quadrofoglio is a very pleasant place for friends to gather or for a family meal.
