Only chef Hideki Nishi and his refined cuisine could come up with this poetic name for a restaurant: Neige d’été or “Summer Snow”. With a minimalist decor in shades of white and grey, the neutral decor allows you to focus on what is the most important: the food.

The floor is light grey concrete and it blends perfectly with the soft and serene atmosphere of the restaurant.
Chef Nishi, who had previously worked at George V, opened this Michelin-starred restaurant in mid-2014. A French cuisine executed by a Japanese chef – have we not attained the higher spheres of gastronomy?
With chef Hideki Nishi
No time is wasted thinking of what to order as the menu is fixed: a four-course menu for lunch and a seven-course menu for dinner. Saturday lunch has a special five-course menu. A creative wine pairing for each menu is suggested by the sommelier.
Chef Nishi chooses his products from the best producers of France. Everything is meticulously thought out, the dishes are colorful, attractive, and rich in taste. The sommelier will surprise you with the variety of innovative wine selections. The menu is no less surprising: only one choice is imposed by the chef, but he knows how to transport you in search of powerful taste experiences. The menu changes seasonally, with the market, and through the inspirations of the chef.
